A member of our VIP Team will confirm your reservation and prepare your accommodations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Your VIP Package includes a reserved section for the selected event.
To ensure the best possible experience, guests must submit their reservation details after purchase. This allows our team to prepare your section, bottle selections, guest accommodations, and event credentials in advance.
Guests who do not submit their reservation information prior to the event will still receive the accommodations included with their package; however, section placement and table location may be limited based on availability upon arrival.
Advance reservation is strongly recommended.
VIP ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE
VIP Package and Section Holders may enter through the designated VIP Entrance upon arrival.
A member of our VIP Concierge Team will greet your party and personally escort you to your reserved section.
Once seated, your group will receive a VIP Information Card containing your package details, bottle selections, guest information, and service accommodations. Simply present this card to your server throughout the event to receive the services included with your package.
Our hospitality team will remain available throughout the evening to assist with bottle service, food service, guest accommodations, special requests, and VIP support.
