All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any event tickets once a purchase is completed, whether purchased online for digital delivery or in person at an authorized location.

Please ensure you review all event details carefully before purchasing, including event date, time, location, lineup, and age restrictions.

In the event of postponement, tickets (both digital and physical) will be valid for the rescheduled date. Ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at checkout or through our official communication channels.

If an event is fully cancelled without rescheduling, refund options will be communicated to all ticket holders.

Entry to events is subject to venue capacity, security procedures, and compliance with event policies, including dress codes and age restrictions. No refunds will be issued for failure to meet these requirements.
