1. Overview
By accessing or purchasing from Venus International Productions (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing tickets or using our website.

2. Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is completed, whether purchased online for digital delivery or in person at an authorized location.

Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates if an event is postponed. For events that are fully cancelled without rescheduling, refund options will be communicated to ticket holders.

3. Digital and Physical Ticket Delivery
Tickets purchased online will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Physical tickets are available at authorized partner locations across New York.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to secure any physical tickets obtained. Lost or damaged physical tickets may not be replaceable.

4. Admission and Entry Requirements
Entry to events requires presentation of a valid ticket (digital or physical).

Admission may be subject to age restrictions, dress codes, capacity limits, and venue security procedures.

  • Many events are 21+ and require valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Entry may be denied without refund for failure to meet these requirements.

  • Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for security, safety, or policy violations without refund.

5. Event Details and Changes
Event details, including lineup, schedule, or venue, are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to deliver the event as advertised but cannot guarantee specific performers or schedules. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

6. Unauthorized Resale and Duplication
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or alteration of tickets is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket suspected of being resold or duplicated fraudulently without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
Venus International Productions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at our events. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using our services.

8. Privacy
We collect and use personal information such as name, email, and purchase details solely to process orders, deliver tickets, and communicate event updates.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process orders or comply with the law.
